New HUD

Ok, I know I haven’t posted in a while and saying that I’ve been swamped is an understatement. But don’t let that stop you from pulling out the new HUD!

1. Click your studio –>> rez –>> create a HUD

2. Take the HUD into inventory.

3. Either wear or rez next to your studio and stretch it big.

4. Touch the part that says “Sculpt Studio”. It prompts you to touch the studio you want it to connect to. So touch the studio then hit the ignore buttons to get rid of the menu’s. (You may have to do this more than once).

NOTES: Ok, the important things about this HUD is the left side with all the numbers. Those are your slice numbers. This means you can now “touch” slices by touching those parts of the HUD (great when they’re stacked on top of each other or if you need to change a series of alternating slices).

You can also choose and change your “from-here” and “to-here” settings by touching the “from-here” (hold the mouse button!) then drag up to your “to-here” number (ok, now let go).

Anyway, toy around with it, look at the photos, and have fun!

Once I get around to writing more lessons (eventually), I’ll be using the HUD. So be prepared! My husband is out of work right now so I have even less time than before (as we are depending on SL money for RL bills). But as soon as that situation changes, I’ll have at least 2 more tutorials coming.
